Where To Start
Having made the decision to file for bankruptcy, you have drawn a line in the sand and have taken control.
If you are like most people I talk to, you have had increasing stress for some time. This is dangerous as it can lead to physical health problems, mental health issues and marriage breakup. You are doing the right thing to remove this stress from your life.
Now, some housekeeping. If you have any unanswered questions please give me a call on 1300 794 492 or send me an email email@example.com. It is important that you have no unanswered questions as this also helps to keep your stress levels down.
To file for bankruptcy you need to complete two forms; Statement of Affairs and Debtors Petition. See Nicholls & Co here.
Completing these forms can be intimidating largely because you have never done it before. People often ask – what does this question mean? – How should this question be answered? We can help – we can introduce you to a trusted person who worked for Fred Appleton for years, completing bankruptcy forms and assisting people to file for bankruptcy. She will prepare your bankruptcy forms and paperwork and charges $300 for the lot. It can be paid in two instalments.
How it works is, you get emailed questionnaires and you answer the questionnaires and email them back. Your bankruptcy forms are then prepared using your answers and her knowledge and experience to properly complete the forms for you. End result, the whole process is a lot less stressful for you.
We do not receive a commission or payment for the referral. We understand that it can be stressful when completing the paperwork and to help reduce your stress levels we are directing you to an experienced and credible person who charges a fair fee and does not rip you off.
Once your forms have been properly prepared we can lodge your forms for you at no cost. All you have to do is email your properly completed and signed forms to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure that your forms are lodged correctly. Another stress gone.
It’s as simple as that.
In closing, the next thing to think about is what will happen once your become bankrupt. There are a couple of good articles on the Nicholls & Co website, www.nichollsco.com.au, which explain really well what happens when you first become bankrupt. The links are below:
I recommend that you read these articles as knowing what is going to happen in the first few weeks of your bankruptcy will also help to keep your stress levels down.
You are almost there. Remember, if you have any questions – you can give me a call on 1300 794 492 or email email@example.com.
