Do I Have to Let My Creditors Know That I Have Become Bankrupt?
No, when you become bankrupt, the debts that are caught by your bankruptcy are immediately uplifted from you and are owing by your bankrupt estate.
The Trustee of the bankrupt estate notifies the creditors that you are bankrupt and advises the creditors that all future communication is to be with the Trustee of the bankrupt estate.
